This Space creates an Ambiance that is perfect for your next Event, Video-shoot, Photoshoot, Business Meeting or Intimate Gathering, etc. etc. What is Required to Reserve with us is : A Non-Refundable Minimum Cleaning Fee of: $300 A Non-Refundable Minimum Security Deposit Fee of: $250 Please Note: These Fees may vary depending on the Hours & Event Request! Our Space is perfect for your next Small or Large Gathering. Our space can be rented with or without add-ons (some restrictions do apply - inquire within). If you are inquiring about a Large Booking, please ask about our All-Inclusive Event Packages (pricing may vary depending on our availability). We have a DJ, Photographer, Videographer, Caterer, Banquet Tables, Chairs, A Revo-Spin 360 & an option of other ADD-ONS that you can check out in our list etc.. etc..these are all for Rent On-Site for your Convenience.     Kenny, Shelley and their team did a phenomenal job hosting my event. Everyone from the staff and vendors were SUPER professional, organized and hospitable. I highly recommend Kenny and his team.

    Kenny and his team were amazing and so helpful. Our wedding celebration was amazing and the space was exactly what we needed. We had about 60 guests with room for more. His pool is perfect for the hot vegas summers and theres lots of space outside for activities. We brought yard games. They were also very patient with my requests. I highly recommend his venue
