What is Required to Reserve with us is :
A Non-Refundable Minimum Cleaning Fee of: $300.00
A Non-Refundable Minimum Security Deposit Fee of: $250.00

Our space can be rented with or without add-ons (some restrictions do apply - inquire within).
If you are inquiring about a Large Booking, please ask about our All-Inclusive Event Packages (pricing may vary depending on our availability).
We have a DJ, Photographer, Videographer, Caterer, Banquet Tables, Chairs, A Revo-Spin 360 & an option of other ADD-ONS that you can check out in our list etc.. etc..these are all for Rent On-Site for your Convenience.
PLEASE INQUIRE WITHIN FIRST ABOUT BRINGING IN YOUR OWN OUTSIDE VENDORS THAT INCLUDES LIVE ENTERTAINMENT OR A DJ INTO OUR SPACE DUE TO ANY & ALL INSURANCE RESTRICTIONS!
NO OUTSIDE TABLES OR CHAIRS CAN BE BROUGHT ONTO OUR PROPERTY!
