Additionally, a seating area with a charming fireplace, a paved area for additional tables, and fire pits are available (specific logs required). 🏖️ **Comfort and Maintenance** The space is adorned with surrounding foliage for privacy, while maintaining well-manicured landscapes. The indoor bathroom is available for your convenience, though please note there's no kitchen on-site. For comfort during warmer months, ceiling fans and misters are available around the covered patio. 🔥 **Additional Amenities & Fees** Several add-ons such as pool heating in winter, propane heaters, banquet tables, linen tablecloths, and logs for the fireplace and firepits are available for an enhanced experience. I had my baby’s first bday party here. Her backyard held the perfect setting for my baby soft play area, pool party for the older kids and adults, and even space for my taco catering. It was beyond perfect! I would highly recommend! A++

We booked this location for our son’s high school graduation party and let me just say it was such a great experience! They were thoughtful and their attention to detail was amazing! I booked my daughter's high school graduation party at this location. It was absolutely perfect, as were the hosts. The pictures don't do it justice. The yard, pool, seating, etc were super clean and the vegetation made it seem like a private oasis Our hosts greeted us when we arrived and had a personalized congratulations sign up for my daughter. My daughter and I couldn't be happier! I would definitely book it again and highly recommend it to others.

Aloha! I had to pick a venue that would accommodate 40 + ppl. I wanted a semi large back yard with a swimming pool, lounge areas, area to play cornhole, bar and yhis venue had it all and then some. Invitations were sent out via text/messenger of a change of location. The hosts were incredible 😍 at the front porch they had a sign posted Welcome Penny's guest with an arrow pointing where to enter. Gave a brief do's and dont's showed mebwhere the bathroom was and said if I needed any assistance had any questions please feel free to text her. I did and Judy and Joseph accommodated us. My only regret we should have rented for more hours. I highly recommend this venue, you wont regret it!! Mahalo nui loa to Judy and her husband Joseph, my husband enjoyed every moment and would love to book another booking with you. Take care and May God Bless you both ❤️❤️ penny n russell
