This was a beautiful space for entertaining! Property host was welcoming and helpful in providing whatever was needed to make a memorable event! Very responsive to messages/calls. The rental included the main level of the home only, but one thing a bit odd, I found out on arrival that a pet sitter was present in the home for dogs and cats on the upstairs level. No gate or door blocking the way upstairs. We never heard or saw them, until a child happen to make their way upstairs. It was just a little uncomfortable knowing someone else and pets were in the home, but overall a great space.

Rany and his team were a dream to work with! Rany was always incredibly responsive, from the start of planning to the very end of the party. I’ve always wanted to have a pirate party and Noah made it possible with his eclectic and amazing venue! Not only was the space immaculate, Noah was such a kind and helpful host! I would absolutely recommend this space to someone for a party, as my guests and I had an incredible time! Thank you so much Noah!

Pictures probably can't do this breathtaking, unique place justice (ask to tour, it'll speak for itself!) -- but from start to finish, our lovely host Katherine went above and beyond to make sure our event was everything we envisioned and more. She is incredibly attentive and responsive, and not only listened to our ideas but also offered valuable suggestions and even additional decor options that elevated the ambiance to a whole new level. It was really evident that she understood our vision and cared about making our event a success. Planning an event can get stressful, but Katherine's positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire process enjoyable. Her enthusiasm and genuine interest in making our celebration special made the atmosphere feel warm and welcoming the whole night. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a place where their vision is not only understood but exceeded~ five stars without a doubt!
