About the Space
Extremely private "mini estate" situated on 2.5 acres of pine forest. Enter through over sized, hand forged, gates and go up the long winding drive. The home sits proud up on a hill and over looks the turning circle and fountain. Mature landscaping surrounds the home. The yard boast a large gunite pool and spa with full lighting and animation features. There is a 20 ft waterfall and fish pond. The inside is well appointed: Viking kitchen, full marble baths all with hand hammered English faucets. Three working fireplaces. Several living and den areas and an over sized dining table for up to 20 people. All a stones throw to both Sag Harbor and East Hampton villages.

Nicole's house has a perfect location. East Hampton and Sag Harbor are so easily accessible. I loved how this house was so peaceful and comfortable, and had a very intimate feel. Nicole was a great host and made us feel at home. 100% recommended!
