Classic 1930's Single-Story Sherman Oaks Home
Hal and Barbara are the actual nicest humans and were the best hosts. I don’t have enough words for how helpful and great partners they were. They allowed us to scout twice, allowed us to move things, were flexible and accommodating. We are so thankful for them and this shoot wouldn’t have happened without them. Their space is also incredible. So beautiful, and was exactly what we needed for the shoot. Their backyard also was so great for lunch and everyone enjoyed being out there. I don’t have enough good things to say about this space, and thankful for them. Would definitely come back!!! Thank you both for making this shoot happen for us!!

It was a great experience working with Ambika! She has a fantastic attitude and truly understands the needs of film production. Ambika was attentive and supportive throughout the process. The house is beautiful, spacious, and well-suited for various production needs, with great décor and versatile rooms for any filming requirements. The owners of the house were also wonderful to work with. It’s always a pleasure to collaborate with people who have such a positive attitude. I would gladly work with Ambika again anytime.

MODERN SPANISH LUXURY WITH GOURMET KITCHEN
Absolutely a wonderful piece of property that fit our every need! We had multiple interior and exterior shots to do at all times of day and this property offered of up so many options. Our director at one point said - "there's just so many options" & there is never a bad thing to have for your filming location. The owners and location manager were a delight to work with and they even managed getting us in very last minute! Would highly recommend this location to anyone filming in the greater LA area!
