We had a fantastic shoot here. The owner and location manager were very accommodating and the location has really easy load in and is in a quiet neighborhood. We were able to get tow distinct looking interview locations in two adjacent rooms which made fr a very easy reset. I would love to film here again!

We welcome you to this spacious and well-appointed 1927 Mediterranean home situated in the foothills of the Verdugo Mountains, in the prestigious Cumberland Heights Historic District of Glendale. The warm and inviting interior evokes European influences and includes: - Step-down formal living room with 16' high ceilings and tall arched picture windows, generating lots of natural light - Spacious family room with built-in bookshelves and French doors that open to a beautiful brick patio - Curved staircase made of original magnesite tiles with wrought-iron railing - Bonus "loft" space at the top of the stairs with ornate windows looking out to expansive valley views - 3 bedrooms upstairs, all en-suite, including a children's bedroom with bunk beds - Downstairs features a home office, spacious kitchen, and breakfast room with wood banquet - Pergola-covered back patio, with Mediterranean-style pool - Large wooden deck over detached garage with gorgeous views - Front patio, walkway, and stairs made of original terracotta and Mexican Talavera tiles The property also features a baby grand piano, natural wood floors throughout, a large front yard with well-maintained grass, and a beautiful front entrance and foyer with a stained-glass inlaid wooden front door.
