The property is great for documentary interviews with multiple backgrounds! Classic 1929 Spanish-style home with fully restored art deco bathroom, original wood floors, and unique built-in features, on a quiet, production-friendly street in Glendale! Living room includes exposed beams, a large circular fireplace, and french doors. Dining room features a long wooden dining table with 10 chairs, old record player and vintage bar cart. Bright kitchen/breakfast room, 3 bedrooms (2 available for filming), 3 bathrooms, and small office on the 2300 sq foot main floor, and lower level guest house overlooking a kidney-shaped 1950s pool with string lights and umbrellas. This single-family residence is street-level accessible, with plenty of room for talent holding, hair and makeup, production office, and more. The same family has owned this property since 1975 and it is full of interesting vintage and quirky set dec and props that are available for your use. Please inquire for more details! Please note these additional fees: $200 flat cleaning fee (for every production) $100/day utility fee (for every production) $300/day rep fee (for every production) $250/night overnight shooting fee (plus a hotel room for residents if they need to be off-premises overnight as well) $200/night equipment storage/walk-away fee if needed to keep equipment set up or stored in the house overnight
