Hilltop promontory Spanish / Mediterranean/ Modern home with SPECTACULAR 180 degree views from downtown LA all the way to the Pacific Ocean. One of the best view homes in LA. Pool and hot tub, both with clear views of downtown LA all the way to Santa Monica. 3 car garage. Plenty of parking. Please note these additional fees: $300 flat cleaning fee (for every production) $100/day utility fee (for every production) $35/hour site rep fee (for productions more than 15 people) $350/night overnight shooting fee (plus a hotel room for residents if they need to be off-premises overnight as well) $200/night equipment storage/walk-away fee if needed to keep equipment set up or stored in the house overnight
