David was incredibly accommodating from start to finish. He was quick to answer any questions and help shift things around in the ever changing world of production. The property is absolutely perfect. Lots of different exteriors to work with. We used both the wonderland cabin and the stone cottage. The interiors were awesome. I’d definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to film here.
Had a great experience filming in the woods! The Tea House provided a great holding area, too.
If you're looking to film day time, the trees provide a lot of shade and there are just endless spots to get creative with!
There's a lot to love in this location from large oak trees, to fields of wildflowers, plants, and a creek bed. Check-in and parking are all easy and David is super responsive. One of the best features of the location is that you feel like you're in the wilderness but in reality you're about 15 minutes from civilization.
