Had a blast shooting here! Location manager was very helpful and the space was as advertised. One recommendation: Bring fans! Between takes we'd power down our fresnels and run 4 to 6 fans in an effort to keep the team cool. It gets warm up there! Definitely worth it though, as the footage came out great :] Worth noting: our cast and crew all together numbered a total of 6. That said parking was available for everyone. We unloaded in the alley behind the venue and parked some cars there and some cars on Edith.

This is a great spot that has the ability to work for a variety of scenes. We used it for what exactly the spot is advertised as, a late 70's apartment. AJ and everyone else are very easy to work with and are able to accommodate your needs to have a successful shoot. I would highly recommend.

AJ's location was exactly what we needed. It really fits the sketchy run down apartment vibe which is hard to find in a location. His site rep was very lovely and accomodating. We'd definitely shoot there again!
