Really enjoyed shooting in the apartment. It had the exact look and feel necessary for my film. And there was enough room to set up lights and gear in a flexible and efficient manner. The building itself has a lot more options beside the apartment to choose from as well. So hopefully I'll get a chance to shoot there again.
Fantastic location! I would definitely book again I the future. Owners let my crew and I scout numerous times before shooting, and were very generous with time and our needs on the shoot day. Thanks guys!
This location was absolutely amazing. The staff was incredibly helpful and helped us scout the location multiple times. When we had some trouble with permitting, they allowed us to move our shoot around, and went above and beyond to help our shoot. We are so thankful to RJ and his team, especially Ray, for helping us accomplish our shoot. The location itself was amazing - it had all the props you would ever need, and vintage wallpaper. We would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a unique location.
Renting from AJ was a dream!! AJ is incredibly communicative, flexible, understanding and quite honestly the best location owner I have ever worked with. The location was exact as we initially scouted them and they also looked ideal for our shoot. There is so much character to the spaces, not to mention there is existing set dec in the space available for use. I cannot recommend AJ and the spaces enough. Truly the best location rental experience we've ever had!!
