Nestled in central Grey Lynn - Ambian Studios is a private oasis overlooking a unique slice of the city including views of Mt Eden and Eden Park. Once a motorcycle factory, the space has since been meticulously renovated into an open plan venue featuring a balcony, polished concrete floors and a large, fully equipped kitchen. The studio also includes "The Vault" - a cosy vintage lounge sealed off by a 200kg rolling door. The venue is conveniently located within a 10 minute walk to Ponsonby and K' Rd. A 20 minute walk from Kingsland and Eden Park. And a 30 minute walk to the CBD. Off street parking is available. Access to the studio on the first floor is via a large open stairwell.
