Wonderful views from it's Hilltop position overlooking the Manukau Harbour, set on 7.5 acres with rural views and native bush areas onsite. Spacious decking and a large lawn surrounded by trees, post and rail fencing. Large rooms with high decorative plaster ceilings and long hallways add to the homely welcoming feeling. Suitable as a film location, special birthday parties, weddings, anniversaries etc. Enjoy our newest feature such as our Utility Room/Bar and Seated Garden Area. Large marquee that holds 100 people seated. Accommodation for up to 10 people.

The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately made me feels like home. The room had a stunning view overlooking the harbour and surrounding farms from a hilltop; a peaceful landscape that truly helps you escape the noise and chaos of city life. If you're looking for a quiet place to clear your mind, this is it. Although we arrived under a cloudy sky and didn't get to see many stars, the experience was still unforgettable. The house is filled with beautiful paintings, and the historical, old-fashioned style of the layout adds a charming, cosy character. The large lobby is perfect for relaxing or spending time with friends or family.

We held our wedding at this magnificent venue, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The breathtaking views and versatile facilities perfectly accommodated all of our needs. Most notably, hosts Kevin and Grainne were exceptionally helpful and down to earth, going above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly.
