The Automotive Altier is a roughly 1100 sqft car inspired creative space + warehouse that serves as the perfect space for a person or brand looking for a unique space with great vibes and plenty of open space. The warehouse has a large 12ft roll up door with a ground level entrance, perfect to drive 2-3 cars or a large truck into the space without any issue. This space is my personal auto detailing shop + office. I use it for brand photoshoots, YouTube content creation and podcasting. There are plenty of different backdrops available from the front office/conference area, raw warehouse, finished garage with rolling tool cabinets and finished flooring. Its a perfect space for a warehouse or industrial look and feel with additional outdoor space.
