Located in Surf City USA Huntington Beach, CA, this mid-century built home whispers Palm Springs modernism meets beach city life. This property doesn’t disappoint beginning with its bright pink starburst entry doors that opens to a wide open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, dueling fireplaces, bar, beautiful modern kitchen, vibrant bathrooms bursting with flamingos and tropical accents, an Elton John inspired guestroom, gym and a gorgeously designed upstairs gameroom consisting of modern pinball machines, shuffleboard and a huge vortex delirious dartboard wall. This property is 3,000 sf of fun, located on an oversized 8,500 sf lot with backyard fireplace, separate fire pit, jacuzzi, all surrounded by 50+ foot giant palm trees and tropical landscape. Overall, it boasts a whimsy mid-century modern design concept that will support your wildest photographic desires. Such a fun location to shoot! There are so many little corners to get the shots you need. The bold color and interior design make it easy to get dynamic shots. Highly recommend!

Hollie and her husband were nothing but spectacular. I had an amazing experience renting Hollie and her husband’s house on PeerSpace. The space was exactly as described.. clean, spacious, and perfect for our video shoot. Hollie was an excellent host, providing great communication and making sure we had everything we needed.
