About the Space

Spacious production, photography, performance, and creative event space designed to support visual arts, live performances, rehearsals, multimedia projects, video projection mapping, filmmaking, screenings, educational workshops, fabrication, and large-scale artistic installations. We welcome bookings from individuals and organizations whose projects align with the creative and collaborative nature of the space. The venue is open to a wide range of productions, performances, meetings, and events, and we proudly provide an inclusive environment for all guests. This 1,000 sq. ft. studio (approximately 20' x 50') accommodates up to 49 guests and includes the following amenities: High-speed Wi-Fi Air conditioning ADA-compliant entrances and elevator access Gender-neutral restrooms conveniently located across the hall Kitchenette with refrigerator, sink, microwave, electric kettle, and dishware Approximately 20 folding chairs and 4 folding tables Comfortable lounge area with a sofa, coffee table, and end table Loading dock with direct access to Medallion Avenue (56" x 78" door) Exposed brick walls, original wooden beams, and soaring loft-style ceilings Large industrial windows that provide abundant natural light Black theatrical curtains for privacy and light control Fully dimmable lighting to suit a variety of production and event needs Whether you're planning a film shoot, photo session, rehearsal, workshop, performance, or private creative gathering, this flexible studio offers an inspiring industrial setting that can easily adapt to your vision.
