The Building is a recently refurbished 1930's Art Deco building that used to be the Headquarters for the Royal New Zealand Air Force but is now a community facility with 6 spaces. It retains its unique character while also having the modern requirements of AV, fibre wifi, and air conditioning. Free parking and situated next to an open park and playground space. The whole area is a new community built on what used to be the Air Force base so there is character and unique shooting points all around our facilities. (NB: We also have the Sunderland Lounge next door which is a 1940's large hall that used to be the Air Force Cinema and Mess and this is a community facility available through us also)
