Each room offers ample storage, ensuring a clutter-free space for your gear and equipment. Our living room is designed for relaxation and enjoyment - an inviting space with comfortable seating and a 55" smart TV that could effortlessly be transformed into a shooting locale. Further, our bright, fully-equipped kitchen with its contemporary appliances offers a delightful setting for culinary scenes. For those after a versatile recreational space, our upstairs game room, filled with classics like Battleship and UNO, offers a unique, lively backdrop. While Opal House is thoughtfully designed to accommodate families, it also offers a variety of engaging settings for diverse productions. A convenient pack n' play and a secure high chair, outdoor lawn games, and kid-friendly tableware add charm and authenticity to family-oriented scenes. Additional sleeping arrangements for up to seven people can be facilitated with a memory foam rollaway bed, broadening the scope for slumber party scenes or offering a comfortable rest area for crew members during long shoots. Please note, for insurance reasons, we kindly request that only registered individuals be present at the property during the booking period.
