Once again, we booked this home for our shoot and everything was great! Kate has been terrific--just super friendly and easy to work with. The house is beautiful, clean, and very nice. We plan to make this one of our regular locations for our shoots, so I would definitely recommend it to anyone interested!

This home was great for our video shoot—beautiful inside and out. Everything was well done, neat and clean, had good natural lighting, and spacious. The hosts were super easy to work with, they were flexible, and treated us very well! I would go back, and definitely recommend this venue to others!

Single family home in Chantilly area (located in between Plaza Midwood and Elizabeth). This house features a craftsman exterior and charming neighborhood with a more modern, inviting interior. The outdoor area features a large covered pergola / patio, fire pit area and ample seating. The outdoor lounge area has a privacy wall and TV/sound bar. The outdoor dining area features a large concrete table that can fit between 6-8 people comfortably. Parking is on-street within the neighborhood with no restrictions (other than the standard not blocking driveways). The driveway can fit 4 cars end-to-end, or accommodate a larger trailer/van.
