We have been here multiple times because the house and hosts are great to work with! It is a beautiful space that doesn't disappoint, and Kimberly has been terrific in accommodating our needs. I would highly recommend booking with her.

Our modern farmhouse has large windows, vaulted ceilings, and mid-century modern furniture. It has a variety of bedrooms and spaces that make it perfect for filming and photoshoots. The office is drenched with natural light and doubles as my film and photo studio. Please be advised that we do have an indoor/outdoor cat. She will be locked outside for the duration of your shoot. While the host and interior design are very pleasant, this is not ideal for a professional video production. Way too many sound issues, the house is on a very busy street with mostly heavy traffic and an above average number of heavy vehicles. Our production was halted literally every 5 minutes for 9 hours On Set as we had to deal with exterior obtrusive sounds such coming from garbage trucks, a local bus stop out front combined with landscapers with leaf blowers, power company maintenance and construction projects going on in most directions. Very disappointing in the sound category. Great space for photography & possibly short form video if you can navigate the many sound obstacles.

Host was very responsive, gave me a tour on arrival. The space was better than the pictures. We have so many great images to use for branding this year. It was the perfect space with a lot of natural light

I had a wonderful experience at this space. Kimberly was the consummate professional. The home is immaculate and the interior decor looks like it came right out of a magazine. I choose this space partially for the open floor plan, but it was the home decor (eye-catching textures/designs) and the wonderful natural light that made it stick out from everything else I saw in the area. Kimberly was very easy to work with throughout the entire process and she made all the terms of the rental very clear and concise. Highly recommend.
