This is a 1,000 sq foot studio loft space with access to other areas/offices/casting depending on your project or event. People have actually created different scenarios for films here. This is a commercial location with street access & roll up door in back of studio. We do have lighting and backdrops including greenscreen. We can accommodate up to 15 people.
