About the Space
Small house near the beach. Living space is up a small flight of stairs and sits above the garage. Living room has floor-to-ceiling windows and tons of light. It would be ideal for exterior shots into the living space. Floor plan is very open and spacious for the minimal 750 sq ft of living space. The house sits on a unique, pointed, triangular corner lot. Lots of street parking. Exterior landscaping is all desert oriented with tons of exotic palms. Interior is very simple, painted white. Accent furniture is blue, brown, black.
