HOLIDAY 2022 UPDATE - House is currently decorated for Christmas inside and out. Able to take down for productions but need a few day notice. UPDATED - New furnishings include 1914 Baby Grand Piano in the music parlor where formal dining used to be and a new master suite downstairs w two sets of French doors. Site pics and description always updated as any area/room is modified by a shoot or otherwise w new furnishings, paint etc. Gorgeous colonial beauty on very wide, quiet street with grand entrance that presents wood flooring throughout the home with some tile, brick & carpeting upstairs in the bedrooms. Smooth ceilings, recessed lighting & built-in storage are a few of the features of this wonderful home. The formal living room (now music/sitting room) with custom fireplace, crown molding and chair rail. Custom oak fireplace to the ceiling & windows with beveled & etched glass in the family room that has a great view of the backyard. Over sized master suite with own bathroom downstairs. New vinyl fencing was installed around all sides. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms & a full bath. Cement work, bricks & artificial grass were added to enhance the huge backyard & complete the park-like setting. These show the same rooms w different paint, furniture etc. hopefully this will help you visualize whether the rooms will work for your production. The furniture, paint etc you see in the “current” pics on this site is the furniture you will see on site at this time. We are open to your production modifying areas/rooms w paint, furnishings, landscaping etc and charge minimal modifications fees based upon what those modifications are and whether permanent or temporary. Working animals welcome on site.
