The host, Duane, was absolutely amazing and very accommodating. We will use this location again for the future. Note for all future productions: Please get a permit, and please find a location for crew parking (bigger productions) I can't stress that enough! Amazing location and amazing people to work with :)

Duane was an excellent host and his house is incredible! Please be conscientious of his neighbours as there is quite a bit of filming done there. Very accommodating and welcoming. Highly recommend this location.
