This amazing home has travertine stone floors throughout with room-by-room custom border design, in the common areas and the bedrooms have hardwood floors. First floor: Large modern, gourmet kitchen with large island. Perfect for food-prep/cooking scenes, a walk-in pantry and breakfast table. The large family room is next to the kitchen with an open layout with stone fireplace & bar cabinets. The formal dining room is next to the kitchen, opposite of the family room with an arched walk-though opening and a large glass dining room table. The living room has 20 feet vaulted ceilings, an octagon shape tower with functional baby grand piano. (24 feet high), beautiful crystal chandelier and a stone fire place. There is also an office, which can be staged into a bedroom, as it has a closet. One 1 full bathroom with a cute & discrete residential european urinal downstairs. Second floor: Dramatic curved staircase leads to upstairs with a large landing and long hallway. There is 1 large bedroom with small walk-in closet, which can be used as a master bedroom, 1 man-cave with bar and a large master suite with balcony, french-doors and an in-suite master bathroom with bidet. The master bathroom is situated between master bedroom and large L-shape walk-in closet. Laundry room and a hall bathroom. Backyard: Teared back yard. The large upper level has flag & paver stones with a large area for a projector screen surface. It provides ample space for a film crew and their equipment. It also has a BBQ island and a 16 ft x 25 ft enclosed, active vegetable garden with concrete walkways situated at the side/back of the property. Level 2 & 3 has also flag & paver stones. Property highlights: Can be used for filming, music videos, cooking shows, commercials and photo shoots. The following parties are allowed: Weddings, engagement celebrations, wedding shower, bridal shower, anniversary celebrations and dinner parties. The following are not allowed in the interior & exterior: Smoking of any kind, vaping of any kind Grand cypress lined drive way Stunning panoramic mountain view with hiking trails behind the house.
