About the Space
Rural and lush setting, huge private yard - and VACANT! Dress this home to your heart's content. No need to get rid of the owner's "stuff." Make it whatever you want. Only one neighbor (the accommodating owner :-) so NIGHT SHOOTS are no problem. (This property is inside the studio zone!) If you need add'l exteriors, go no further. This home is part of a 50 acre horse farm. For a marginal add'l fee you can find Horses, barns back country views, trails. Very private. (Some photos have been included here. The barn and working horse areas may require a shut-down of operations, while shooting up in the hills is not much of a problem. This property can give your shoot the feel that it is far from town, but everything you need is 3 miles down the road. There is quite a lot of parking in the circle drive. Additional crew and truck parking can be negotiated to avoid shuttling headaches. As for the house.... The front yard is completely concealed from the street with lush trees. The back yard is a little bit of lush, private paradise. The interior can be dressed to conform to almost any style. This is the perfect place to set up shop for a multi-day shoot. Unused rooms can be used for makeup or production office. There is water, gas, power, and (marginal) wifi. There is a full kitchen with fidge and freezer.

Wow was this location absolutely breathtaking! The pictures don't do it justice. Heath was the best host we've ever had at a photoshoot location. He was incredibly helpful and very hands-on the entire time. My team and I were very appreciative of him and look forward to the next time we get to work with him.

The property is sooo beautiful and there are endless options when it comes to scenery for shots. We had an excellent shoot and would definetly use this property again!
