About the Space

Gated, private resort style pool spa and bar area with no neighbors and hill top views of the whole valley, city lights and mountains. Luxury swim in beach, towels, Napoleon LED lit jet-flame grill, professional speaker system controlled with waterproof ipad, outdoor movie options, fire pit, plenty of seating and padded teak lounge chairs, gated parking and TOTALLY private. This is not a regular pool attached to a house, this is a private resort setting adjacent to a 40' natural sandstone waterfall area. LED lights in pool and on rocks and landscapes at night, city lights views from afar with total privacy, hanging swing chairs, adirondack chairs, outdoor built in bar, outdoor surf board shower, flowers and palms, special teak zero gravity lounge chairs, too much to list. This would be for a fancy family or fancy party for a special occasion. The published rate is for 5 people, after 5 there will be a charge of $20 per head.
