We're located within a longstanding but now-defunct pencil factory. It features an 80 person private room with it's own bar and two bathrooms. The art style is a blend of art deco and overgrown nature in a factory setting. The space is a fully functioning bar day to day so the main part to rent is in the back room which is featured in the first three photos.
