About the Space
Located in a renovated foundry from 1893 in front of the Canal Lachine this spacious 3580 sq ft private club will make any event stand out what ever your concept is. The space includes a full bar area, a huge 20 ft table to comfortably sit 16 guests, 2 big islands in the middle of the space, plenty of lounge spaces, 1 private conference rooms with glass walls, a baby grand piano and much more. Every piece of furniture and decor was carefully selected to achieve this vintage private club feel. All the floorpan is open except for the conference rooms and food prep area. The space comes fully furnished as in the photos with no extra fee. This space can accommodate up to 240 guests in a cocktail party form. We also have another space attached to this one that can be combined for a bigger party up to 300 guests. The other space has a golf simulators, a pool table, a lounge and a bar. Amazing location for music videos and creative productions. The space is exactly as described, very clean, stylish, and full of beautiful cinematic spots. The piano, lighting, brick walls, and overall atmosphere made our shoot look incredible. Kevin was very responsive, professional, and provided clear access instructions before our booking. Everything went smoothly, and we had a great experience. I highly recommend this location for music videos, photography, commercials, and other creative projects. I would definitely book it again.

Way bigger than expected from the picture, space is beautiful and well lit. We will probably book it again. Also access is just a small flight of stairs so not too much trouble carying gear in the space from the parking lot next to it!

Really nice spot for a shoot or for having a private party. Very spacious, there’s a pool table, poker table, bar, a lot of seats and they even have a golf screen to play golf. Well decorated, I really love the spot.

This location was excellent for our production. The space looked exactly like the photos and worked perfectly for filming our music video. It had great natural light, enough room to set up our cameras and lights, and the overall atmosphere translated beautifully on camera. The host was very professional and easy to communicate with. They responded quickly, were flexible with our needs, and made the whole process smooth from booking to wrap. Access to the space was straightforward, and everything was well organized when we arrived. For anyone looking for a creative location for a video, photoshoot, or small production, I would definitely recommend this place.
