This was a great location and really helpful staff. We really liked working with them and we would definitely use the space again!
The only annoying thing that happened is they told us about a food fee a day before our shoot (I didn't see this info in our listing or in the directions). I would have preferred to know that upfront so I could have worked it into our budget, but perhaps I missed that.

So I didn’t realize there were so many different levels to the house and that they would be occupied and someone would be in the home 24/7. Not that it’s a problem just thought I had the house to myself which was kind of a shock to me. I knew I only was getting that one level but didn’t realize other things would be going on as well. Like the music also always playing was thankfully fine when we shot but I just wish I was told a few more things. The reason I’m giving this 5 stars is he accommodated me at the last minute and I do still really appreciate that. Sorry I wasn’t out in the time I was supposed to be and was 13 or 14 mins behind cleaning up my stuff which I think ppl should also have a 10-15 min grace period out of curtesy. Just my thoughts but I understand other ppl also have a time they booked as well but I think a grace period is more then fair and realistic and reasonable to people. Especially it being such a beautiful house and you want it to have a good vibes and great experience attached to this house. There was a mix up about me having to pay like $200 so thankfully again that was cleared up quickly but almost fell out of my chair haha. All in all I think with a little more organization and communication I think it would definitely run more smoothly but I def want to help u keep your ratings high bc you deserve that but I just wanted to put my thoughts here on everything and hope you can see where I’m coming from and I thank you again. I hope to be able to book with you again despite my 14 or 15 min clean up lag. Lol

The space is very versatile and great esp for the price point! Easy to get in and out, everything pretty cut and clear! The instructional video as for parking was a great detail and a thoughtful touch. Shot was very generous and flexible with our timing and group too. He understands the malleability of the production industry and allowed me to create as stress free as possible!We accidentally left a camera behind and getting it back a few days later was so simple and he helped us with such ease. Definitely recommend! Be careful of the stairs, if you have a big production definitely book before 6pm when the elevators shut down, the stairs definitely gave us a workout.
