Tech-Savvy Conference Room near Oracle Park This is a great place with a kitchen, restroom, lounge area, elegant environment and very nice staff.

Thank you for the rental,, every one loved the space. There was issues when upon the event. I should be informed that when you have an event that the residents in the complex will be coming through at all times. That should not be the case. One resident confronted one of the guest before the event and said” I hope you guys are not noisy I am studying,,, before the people got there, I was offended by that remark. This was a Art Show, I even invited all the residents to come by it was free,, I spent over $1000.00 for this event , it was free, I personally won’t rent there again and on top of that ,, the code was never sent to me by phone or email. Communication problems,,,,and all the traffic coming through the event,, that’s why I opened it up to the public.So if you are having an event there, Just know first the water won’t be working in the Kitchen,,, and the event won’t be private, and the area won’t be cleaned upon arrive, there was trash on the floor and tables,, we could not wipe them off because of no water, we used the water from the bathroom … So with all those adversities,,,this space would work,, and music it has to be so low, that your guest can’t here it.😄

Elegant, Spacious Clubhouse in Outer Dallas This was a great space. Just what I needed for a small bridal shower. Very cozy and the set up was perfect! We did have a moment where some residents came in and tried to use the pool tables, but we kindly asked them to come back later. They were very nice and agreeable so it wasn’t an issue at all! Definitely recommend!
