Our beautiful clubhouse is perfect for any social gathering, party, or meeting. Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. A full kitchen makes this space ideal for events that utilize catering. The space features: Casual seating arrangements with couches, club chairs, and tables Full kitchen includes - gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, food warmer, and large island and bar stools Dining table with seating 6-flat screen TVs Pool Table Decorative accent lighting Additional lounge seating upstairs Semi-Private We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. We are a pet and smoke free facility. We do not tolerate smoking of any kind on the premises. Some parking is available directly in front of the building and in the ground level of the parking structure. Street parking is also available in the area. Parking can be limited, so we recommend car pooling or using ride sharing services. Any furniture in the images provided are subject to be moved or changed at any time. Please note that this space is not fully private. Residents will have access to other parts of the clubhouse such as the fitness center and conference room.
