Our beautiful rooftop escape is perfect for any indoor/outdoor social gathering, party, or meeting. Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. A partial kitchen makes this space ideal for events that utilize catering. The space features: Casual seating arrangements with couches, club chairs, and tables Partial kitchen includes - ice-maker, microwave, sink, min-fridge, large island and bar stools Private outdoor sky deck with sweeping views of Los Angeles equipped with seating, tables and a fire pit Beautiful View Decorative accent lighting Fully private space We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. No pets or animals allowed in the space. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Any music, DJ, instrumentalist, or karaoke would need to be pre-approved in advance. There is parking in the Wilshire Garage located adjacent to the building. Parking is validated for the first 2 hours and $11 per hour after that, with a maximum daily rate of $22. You do have the ability to add the firepit and grill corner for an additional $150 per hour. Beer, wine and champagne are permitted at any time. If you are planning to service hard alcohol/cocktails, you will be required to obtain a licensed bartender and event insurance through https://www.theeventhelper.com/partner/Peerspace.
