The location itself has decent space if you have a small crew, and the location is central to Hollywood, which is great. But it's more of a hostel than a creative space. I was informed that there will be other people there working/chilling/sleeping after I booked the location.
Elvina was super nice and accommodating but there were people checking in/out throughout the day, which caused disruption towards my filming. The space also was more cluttered than shown in the photos.
