In the Marina/Cow Hollow neighborhood is a storefront that we converted from Karate Studio to co-living -- with - custom 12ft bunk beds - cherry kitchen - brand new bathroom/shower (mop sink + washer/dryer) - hanging art, floor to ceiling mirrors - upstairs lounge and conference room - beautiful backyard with shade tree and fountain pond. For this affordable price you would not have the entire property vacant, but rather come scout or write what areas you are shooting in and our friendly staff will make sure it is ideal for you. For example the mezzanine or backyard are independent from the downstairs or front area or exit hallway, so we can figure out what "look" you need and work with you! No parking onsite, nearby parking garages available. A nearby "Public Parking" is located at: 128 Moulton St, San Francisco, CA 94123. There are also 2 spaces with parking meters available in front of our building.
