Vincent seems nice online but I asked for 2 things and did not receive them so I would not host him again. I never met him, only his crew who were nice, but not privy to any of our conversations or agreement. My heavy furniture was moved and not placed back, which I cannot do solo and this being a vacant space would mean I need to bring in a helper. I asked him to come back to handle it and he did send 2 guys who nicely moved everything, but this was in between another rental. All of my other Giggsters went smoothly but I just felt this one required more hand-holding which I did wish to do for such a cheap rental rate.
