The layout of the house works well for a party, however pay attention to the add ons. The owner rented out an area in the home that I didn’t book without informing me. During my event we used the same entrance, hallway and bathroom. The other renters were smoking weed and the situation was uncomfortable. It was disappointing that my guests and the young people heading to prom had to deal with that. Having another group there is probably what affected the cleaning in the home, which I had to deal with when I arrived. The owner was dismissive about the issues. Depending on your event, you would need to see if sharing a home with strangers will work.

I had the pleasure of using this venue for my daughter’s prom send-off, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
