This space has so many incredible props and set pieces, they are very accommodating and take excellent care of you while you are there. It was an honor to get to film on this set.

Karaoke & Poker Magic: Your Versatile Set for Fun Incredibly versatile set with many different settings. Location comes with ample parking and lots of space for gear and staging. Owner was very helpful and accommodating. Well worth the rental price, 10/10 would recommend.
If you need to apply for a permit, the Temple City office does take a bit long to process them, it usually takes me about a week in advance for Film LA, I would start applying to Temple City a month in advance to be safe.

BDSM Sex Chamber / Dungeon with lots of props Great space with lots of props for use. Only issue we had was since part of the building is a creator space, we had multiple people walk into a closed set to get to a separate part of the building (which had its own entrance). Thankfully we had security for the models there to prevent any issues.
