BDSM Sex Chamber / Dungeon with lots of props
Great space with lots of props for use. Only issue we had was since part of the building is a creator space, we had multiple people walk into a closed set to get to a separate part of the building (which had its own entrance). Thankfully we had security for the models there to prevent any issues.

Larry King' studio with hundreds of sets and props
Amazing location! Will definitely come back for our future projects. You get so many options! We only used one of the sets but the variety under one roof is so unique. Thank you to Kat and to Max for everything.

Medical Lab/Drs office/Science Lab tons of props!
We had a great time shooting here! The facility is very big and versatile and we were surprised to get this level of quality for such a low price! However, there was one problem. The only reason why this is a four and not five star review is because we were promised one hour to dress up our set before our scheduled time. However, no one was in the building for the first half hour we were there, and so we were late to dressing up the set. When the host arrived (he was at another set), he was very kind and helpful. But, we went overtime by twenty minutes because there was no one to let us in when we got there. My one complaint is just that someone should've been at the building already, instead of having one person scramble to do all the work.
