About the Space
Perfect for your creative productions or event needs. We guarantee this will be the most exotic and interesting location and we promise to leave a great impression for all your guests. We allow filming crews to use multiple sets in one booking based on the location based on availability of the sets. When making your booking please let us know which set/sets you are interested in and we will do our best to accommodate. Please note for certain setups such as our Christmas wonderland or Church set they require additional time for setup and will require and additional fee, please mention your interest in these sets prior to booking to check on availability. Extra Fees: Altering Sets Fee: $250.00 includes: -Damage to sets or furniture -Damage or missing props/costumes -Damage to lights or equipment -Any permanent changes made to sets or our props Our space is very versatile, unique, and you’re sure to find something new every time. We highly recommend scheduling a viewing and seeing the space for yourself to get a better idea of everything we have. We hope to hear for you soon!

Great location and very affordable for what they offer. Huge space, with multiple sets and a parking lot for all equipment and vehicles. The owner was very production friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back to shoot again!
