About the Space
Very large empty warehouse space with over 60+ sets and lot of props Perfect for your creative productions or event needs. We guarantee this will be the most exotic and interesting location and we promise to leave a great impression for all your guests. We allow filming crews to use multiple sets in one booking based on the location based on availability of the sets. When making your booking please let us know which set/sets you are interested in and we will do our best to accommodate. Please note for certain setups such as our Christmas wonderland or Church set they require additional time for setup and will require and additional fee, please mention your interest in these sets prior to booking to check on availability. Extra Fees: Altering Sets Fee: $250.00 includes: -Damage to sets or furniture -Damage or missing props/costumes -Damage to lights or equipment -Any permanent changes made to sets or our props Our space is very versatile, unique, and you’re sure to find something new every time. I booked this space for a fashion show rehearsal, and it was perfect! The length of the warehouse was exactly what we needed as a runway replicate. The onsite reps were super friendly and very accommodating! They even allowed us to use their spare garment racks when our designers came in to fit. Plus, there was a parking lot in the front that made it easy for all of our attendees to park. I would absolutely book this location again.

Max and his team were unbelievable. I made an error on my calltime and I was immediately attended to. I felt lucky to have had my mistake forgiven and corrected quickly. The space is super cool, never-ending and has it all. 10/10 🙏🙏
