We are a large creative studio with multiple standing sets and thousands of props, perfect for your creative productions or event needs. We guarantee this will be the most exotic and interesting place you’ll ever find and we promise to leave a great impression for all your guests. Our studio is broken up into 2 buildings and a backlot (maps can be located under our listing photos for an overall reference of the space, not to scale)
Events will be held in Building A and is the perfect setting for:

Filming will either be in Building A or Building B, please refer to the map when making your booking. We allow filming crews to use multiple sets in one booking based on the building you selected at no additional cost. Both buildings/ all sets can be booked for an additional hourly fee and is based on availability of the sets. When making your booking please let us know which set/sets you are interested in and we will do our best to accommodate. Please note for certain setups such as our Christmas wonderland or Church set they require additional time for setup and will require and additional fee, please mention your interest in these sets prior to booking to check on availability.
About our medical set:
Real Medical Furniture: Immerse your audience in a realistic medical setting with our collection of authentic medical furniture. From examination tables to laboratory equipment, our set is equipped to bring your scenes to life.Located in Building B.
For Building B: Access with be through the backlot only. There are 2 entrances, one entrance is located on the side of the building with a large rolling gate and ramp access. The other entrance is located at the back of the building with a standard door and stair access.
Versatility for Various Scenes: Whether you're shooting a clinical drama, a mad scientist's lair, or a cutting-edge research facility, our set adapts to your creative vision. It's the ideal canvas for a wide range of medical-themed scenarios.
Additional Props Available: Enhance the authenticity of your scenes by adding extra touches. Stethoscopes, doctor's coats, and other medical props available ( additional charges apply) . Transform your set into a fully realized medical environment with these carefully curated additions.
Customizable Packages: Need specific props or additional items? Our team offers customizable packages to meet your unique requirements. Let us know your needs, and we'll tailor a package that complements your vision.
Amenities: We provide High-speed Wifi, smart TVs, and projector screen ( currently no projector) preset house lighting, additional folding tables, photography lights, extension cords, and much more at no additional charge based upon availability and request.

Altering Sets Fee: $250.00 includes:
-Damage to sets or furniture
-Damage or missing props/costumes
-Damage to lights or equipment
-Any permanent changes made to sets or our props
Protection Packages

We had a great time shooting here! The facility is very big and versatile and we were surprised to get this level of quality for such a low price!
However, there was one problem. The only reason why this is a four and not five star review is because we were promised one hour to dress up our set before our scheduled time. However, no one was in the building for the first half hour we were there, and so we were late to dressing up the set. When the host arrived (he was at another set), he was very kind and helpful. But, we went overtime by twenty minutes because there was no one to let us in when we got there. My one complaint is just that someone should've been at the building already, instead of having one person scramble to do all the work.

The whole arrangement was very smooth; no issues. If I come up with another movie idea needing space, this will be my first callout!
