Great space and very accurate picture representation of the location & lighting. Super straight forward communication and directions - with one exception: the door lock into the location is set to an auto-timer (or remote). For our late afternoon shoot, street parking was available (with a little digging). Overall a great place to film with a cool DTLA look.
Space is beautiful, owners are professional and easy to work with. Freight elevator was broken but there's another elevator so wasn't too inconvenient. Overall highly recommend this space!
We shot here on this week. The location was perfect for what we needed. Even though the windows faced West there was plenty of Morning light and in the afternoon the loft fills with a really beautiful magic hour light. Ana was super nice and always available for my questions. The parking is a little bit tricky as most lots close at 6 pm, so your crew will need to move cars to the street. Street parking opens up at that time and meters are free after 6. For the most part, the location is pretty quiet for sound, mostly because you are on the 9th fl. but know that it is a bustling marketplace on the street below. All in all, we had a great experience and I would definitely shoot there again.

Ana was very helpful when I arrived to the penthouse. Her communication was very satisfactory and she even gave me some helpful tips. I had no problems whatsoever and she was always a phone call away if I needed anything. I would definitely recommend this space to anyone. Thanks again!
