This DTLA large rooftop is best seen in person to give the view and space justice! Located on the eighth floor of a commercial building in the Downtown Los Angeles FASHION DISTRICT, the space features a stunning 12,000 sq. ft open floor plan. Maximum capacity is 300 seated banquet style, 400 theater style or 400 standing. No kitchen or cooking allowed, catering with chafing fuel ok. We have had movie scenes, music videos, showings, dinners, launch parties, weddings, receptions, birthdays, panel speakers, networking events, etc~! We encourage you to come check out the space before your desired booking date so ensure it is suitable for your needs. The view of downtown is beautiful, and the rate is a steal for what you're getting. There are a couple cool large tanks on the roof as well, gives an industrial look. Also, Ana and her team are the BEST I've dealt with, they are very attentive and always available to help you if you have questions.

Great space, used as an add on for a new environment for the studio space we rented. Would definitely recommend! HUGE rooftop area, larger than expected forsure.
