Great studio for the price! The space was clean, very roomy, and communication with the host was excellent. It had everything I needed for my 8-hour rental. The only challenge was parking — on Tuesday after 9 am, it was tough to find a spot. The nearby garage was full, and there was no metered parking available. That might have just been a lucky day since I’m not familiar with the area. Also, if you’re planning to record and use audio, keep in mind it’s located on a busy street, on the second floor, so periodical street noise is practically unavoidable. Overall, excellent experience. I’d definitely rent this studio again.

It was better than what we saw in the photo! It is clean and neat. The big window and the wall gave the shoot lots of texture. I love this place and would highly recommend!
