Good warehouse studio space. Finding the studio in the buildings was a bit tricky, but we received good detailed instructions from the owner. There is lots of daylight through the one large window area for interesting experiments with natural lighting. Or the window can also be blocked off if you prefer artificial light. Note that the window faces west, so direct sunlight comes through the window in the afternoon. There's a freight elevator conveniently located near both the entrance and the studio, plus a loading ramp in the parking lot. The parking lot was a bit cramped and spaces scarce. There's a parking fee, if you can find the attendant (instead of the guard shack, he was sitting in his truck), but we were able to park near the building. There's also plenty of street parking. We came in as another photographer was leaving, and we were able to set up quickly and get to work with no problem. The studio was a bit narrow, but this did not hinder us. There was additional equipment handy, but we did not make use of it. It's a working warehouse, so conditions outside of the studio are a bit on the rough side and not very glamorous, but outstanding for the price. Overall, a very good deal and I'll definitely use this location again.
