The space is very affordable and has lots of seating along with extra miscellaneous equipment you may need.
Perfect for small shoots with one or two models, definitely what i needed !
Great location! Outlets on the far wall by the windows were not working, but the strip on the right side was 👍 Easy to access and transport gear, beautiful natural light
