About the Space

3 Year old Development. Outside is nicely landscaped mediterranean/Italian style building, right on the water of the Ventura Harbor. Right time of year you can see flowers, otherwise it's green and gorgeous. Inside is a retail type studio space that has boho furnishings and yet sparse and open with many floor to ceiling windows medium large plank wood vinyl floors. All ceilings are high except bathrooms. Plenty of can lights, big rooms, very funky and fun decor from Art Deco to MCM and Bohemian styles. Kitchen is large and actually great to cook in, I imagine cooking vlog, shoots and such would be great as well as entertaining is great.
