140 acre California ranch. Forest, fields, barn, old cabins, creeks, waterfalls, mountains, redwoods and oaks.
Three Falls Ranch dates back to 1911 when it was built by George Haberfelde, the onetime mayor of Bakersfield and early Ford dealer, it’s rumored that Henry Ford stayed at the property on more than one occasion.
Our property is nestled in the southern Sierra Mountains and meanders along Poso Creek for a third of a mile, plenty of creek locations, pools and the locally famous Three Falls. The property consists of the main house, a two story mountain craftsman built on 1912, a guest cabin, an old barn, a modern work shop, and many other outbuildings and cabins of varying disrepair and quality. Within the 130 acres we have various species of trees, including large red oaks, white oaks, valley oaks, redwood and cedar trees. Many opportunities for meadow shots, hillside shots and rolling green hills in the spring, golden wheat in the summer and snow covered in the winter. We have a small under road tunnel that passes beneath the road, made of concrete in the 1930’s, offering lots of character and intrigue. Three Falls Ranch has goats, chicken and donkeys on the property with various pastures anchored by our dilapidated 1920’s barn.
