Welcome to the Little Red Barn! in real life this is just a little shed, but it can easily be styled to mirror a cozy mountain cabin aesthetic with knotted pine, tree trunk cabin bunk bed, and a large "sleepover loft" for those horror movies where innocent teens have a sleepover party gone bad! *** Realistic cabin interior, barn doors, and hand carved raw tree stump winding staircase to the loft make this a cinematic favorite! *** Turf can be moved and the cabin can be repainted or modified to match your vision! *** High ceilings and XXL loft space. As well as a close by BBQ area, picnic table, and a volleyball court adjacent to the barn. Friends get away trip vibes, anyone? *** We are just an hour from the city, surrounded by the Angeles National Forest. (For productions: We are IN the secondary studio zone.) *** Cinematic Flexibility All our location interiors are modular and re-dressable, offering maximum creative flexibility. Props and stylized furnishings are available for set dressing; interiors and décor can be fully styled to match any creative vision. Lighting can be adjusted as needed. Excellent acoustic isolation and natural sound quality. Controlled light environment ideal for every mood and perfect for interviews or close-ups. We are stunt-friendly, effects-friendly, and blood-friendly for productions that require it, and we remain flexible in supporting a wide range of creative needs. Productions are solely responsible for determining and securing all permits required for their activities. We do not issue permits or advise on them; we provide the location only. Producers must conduct their own due diligence to ensure full compliance with all applicable County, state, fire-safety, health, and jurisdictional requirements.
