About the Space

Our space is a community arts, education and environmental resource center and full-service professional office building offering long term office leases; short term space rentals for classes, meetings and events; and dance and theatre classes The Historic Y Main Lobby is accessed directly from 5th Avenue or down a hallway from the Courtyard. Designed as the entry lobby for the original YWCA in 1930, it is the property's most architecturally resplendent historical interior space. The Main Lobby and Courtyard are where tenants of and visitors to The Historic Y often run into one another and catch up. The Main Lobby is available to rent by the hour in the evenings or on the weekends for private receptions, gatherings and other events. Please note that non-profits are eligible for 20% (and in some cases more) discount. For customized ratings, kindly contact the host.
